Kids say the darnest things

My little kid: Lily is playing soccer and with all the bad weather we have been having lately, some of the games had to be canceled. She had her first makeup game the other day and was sadly disppointed when they got ready to go becasue her mom would not allow her to wear makeup to the game.
My Big kid: the carpet we picked for the house is so long and thick that our vacumn would not work. I had to go out and purchase a special vacumm for the carpet back in March. I love it but it was a bit pricy. Not as much as Matt and Anne's but a lot of money for a single household maintenance product. I love it! Yesterday ( June 12 )Rob pulled it out and asked if I still like it and I said "yes". He then brought to my attention that it has a nice long hose and attachment. Which I acknowledged and stated I used all the time on the stairs. Then after examing the vacumm more, he asked " how do you turn it on?"

Nothing is better than a swim party with all your favorite people, my kids, my grand kids and nieces and nephews.

Yes it is my birthday and here ismy party
it really was a great day
got up early
read the paper,was real quiet so I did not wake Rob,
he woke up just in time to cuddle with me as I headed back to sleep ( 7:30 am)
we went to lunch and then to Herriman
and then home where we had quests all day
then to dinner at Matt's

I got so many cards, I will never be able to thank everyone!!!
