Back in the USA-- You don't know how lucky you are

Well, here is Rob standing in front of the many forts we looked out on our our cruise. Sadly the forts were in better condition than the homes that many of the people lived in. It was interesting to see the 3rd world countries but we are extremely glad to be home. I have to do a write up for my cruise lady, Danielle and after I am done , I will post it. Although we had a wonderful time, it was a learning experience we probably could have missed. Rob never wants to hear Mexican or latin music again in his life. It certainly makes you appreciate all that we have here in the USA. As I file my taxes this week, I do so with a humble attitude, Grateful to pay it.
Melissa, all I could think about was if Icould find Luke, I would have brought him home!
I like this picture because it represented us on the whole trip-- kind of lost-- no idea of what is going on-- no color or party going on here- and with our hat in hand and our heavy load to carry we kind of just looked without any idea of what to do.

Happy Birthday Makinley

We spent the weekend up at Zermott to celebrate Makinley's first birthday. It does not seem possible she is already one. She is just too tiny. But all her cousins had fun at the pool. It was cold.
